We have 4 different types of hot yoga and one of them is perfect for you. At Callaway Fitness it is your whole body that matters. Losing weight through personal training is nice, but if it isn't part of a holistic approach to your health, then it will only be a temporary fix. Yoga is often very successful at keeping people in the shape they achieve through personal fitness. It also helps you control your breathing which helps with every aspect of your life.
Hot Hatha, Hot Iron, and Hot Power are also offered in the WARM format which is taugh between 90-100+ degrees.

Hot Hatha Yoga
Practiced in a 105+degree room for 60, 75, or 90-minute classes, hot yoga practice consists of the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Classes move slowly and systematically.

Hot Power Yoga
Also practiced in a 105+degree room for 60, 75, and 90-minute sessions, this interdisciplinary vinyasa flow method links breath with movement. Classes may vary depending on instructor and their preferred style of teaching, but the classes are suitable for most all levels and ideal for more athletic people. Hot power yoga is a dynamic and powerful moving meditation.

Hot Heat & Tone Yoga
Practiced in 90- 100+degree room in 60, 75, or 90-minute classes, this program takes your yoga to the next level. This dynamic yoga practice incorporates hand weights or resistance tubing for full body conditioning. Enrich your hot yoga experience like never before as you burn fat, build muscle, and improve tone and strength. We recommend that you alternate the hot iron program with our other hot yoga programs for optimal results.

Warm Therapeutic Yoga
Practiced in an 90 to 100+degree room in 60, 75, or 90-minute classes. Warm yoga is ideal for those seeking a milder version of hot yoga. Perfect for hot yoga newcomers or for the experienced practitioner wishing to deepen their practice. Warm yoga offers a therapeutic approach for those recovering from illness, or suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, and other physical challenges. This exercise also burns fat, builds muscle, regains strength and tone, and improves balance. Meditation and breathing exercises are included.
